Using roleplay increases the effectiveness of your training, bringing added value and increased productivity to your training sessions.

No matter how great you are at delivering training, experience can sometimes be the best teacher.  In order to get the maximum benefit from your training sessions it’s important to let your delegates put what they’ve learnt into practice – they need to be able to hit the ground running.

We take on the roles of customers, employees, managers, etc - and your trainees can quite literally try out their skills on us.  They can experiment with what you’ve taught them in a safe learning environment – thus boosting their confidence - and you can be there to guide them through the process.

We find that some Richard Sandle - Workshoptrainers prefer to conduct roleplays on a one-by-one basis, with the rest of the group as audience, while others wish to divide delegates up into groups, overseen by us.  We are happy to offer basic feedback to delegates and to lead group sessions – although, of course, the main training would still be managed by you.

"The most successful part of
my workshop is the roleplay"
